What Information do we manage in Your Account?
The SHAIR Podcast only collects Names and Emails from its clients. We use Mailchimp to email our database and they as well are fully GDPR compliant.
Members, clients and email subscribers can opt-out at any time from receiving emails for The SHAIR Podcast.
All other communication with members, clients and subscribers is done through our Facebook Private Group.
Terminating our Relationship on Facebook
If at any point you no longer want to be contacted by members in our Facebook group you can leave the group as well as unfriend and block any members within the group.
Removing Marketing Emails
Every email we send through Mail Chimp has an unsubscribe feature on every email.
Turning off Mobile Notifications
If you receive notifications on your mobile device from our Facebook page or Private Facebook Group, these can be disabled in the App settings.
Understanding Our Data Retention Periods
We retain your information for an indefinite period of time, unless you unsubscribe to our email list. We only use your email to send weekly newsletters.
